Working with the ‘baby in the adult’: the last stage of birth
This month’s Baby Therapy Tutoring (BTT) video is an example of working with the “baby in the adult”. You will witness how, by manifesting a safe and compassionate container, an environment materializes in which a participant’s (very) specific issue arises. Little by little you begin to recognize perinatal details as they emerge and converge, portraying an event that occurred during a particular time in a particular physical space during Jan’s birth. You are witness to an important implicit memory that formed and is now unlocked and released at the behest of Jan’s psyche.
